We liaise on behalf of clients with the banks, ATO, Revenue NSW, ASIC, Dept of Fair Trading, Fair Work, etc
We handle paperwork and admin, leaving the client to focus on running the business.

Bookkeeping

Weekly debtor/supplier reconciliations and chasing up - chasing up for money owing owing and sorting out invoices.
Payroll - we do payroll, wages, super, payroll tax
Monthly maintenance of accounts
Training of client staff about how to perform such tasks, for internal quality, efficiency and cost savings.

Consulting

We don't just process bank statements and lodge BAS' - we look at how to improve the client's business.
Cash flow analysis, budgeting, modelling
Benchmarking & comparison reviews
We help negotiate with suppliers and analyse cost centres to improve the expenses side
We commit to client visits, weekends and weeknights.
We focus on how the client can benefit from us. If they benefit, we benefit.
